- • Lead and inspire a team of Partner Success Managers and Associates, fostering their professional development and ensuring high performance in driving partner engagement and retention.
- • Take ownership of the day-to-day management of Sophia's most impactful partnerships, acting as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
- • Deeply understand partner organizational objectives and proactively identify opportunities to offer tailored solutions that align with their strategic goals and drive success.
- • Develop and implement innovative strategic initiatives, including research, conference collaborations, thought leadership activities, and targeted marketing campaigns, to enhance partner value and engagement.
- • Oversee the seamless launch process for new partners, effectively coordinating with both internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- • Drive key performance indicators related to partner outreach, communication, retention, and growth, consistently exceeding targets.
- • Serve as a proactive, innovative problem-solver, continuously seeking data-driven insights to provide exceptional value and strategic guidance to partners.
- • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships directly with university partners, acting as a compelling storyteller to articulate Sophia's value proposition, overcome objections, and influence decision-makers.
- • Collaborate closely with partner leadership teams to meticulously plan and execute effective communication strategies and engaging events that foster deeper collaboration.
- • Manage complex escalations from partners and internal teams with agility and precision, working hand-in-hand with Product, Operations, Academics, Learner Support, and Engineering to drive swift resolutions and implement preventative measures.
- • Partner cross-functionally to operationalize and scale partner engagement tactics, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all accounts.
- • Proactively identify and present strategic growth opportunities that directly align with each partner’s mission, actively assisting them in achieving their growth objectives.
- • Work in close concert with marketing, creative, and product teams to provide strategic input and support for their initiatives, ensuring alignment with partner needs.
- • Diligently monitor partner health metrics, leveraging data analytics to provide actionable insights and drive strategic conversations that enhance partner satisfaction and loyalty.
- • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, translating these insights into valuable feedback for the leadership team to inform strategic decisions and product development.
