📋 Description

• • The Sr. Manager, Payments Compliance is a critical role responsible for ensuring CSG Forte’s payment operations adhere to card network rules, regulatory standards, and internal compliance requirements, directly supporting the company’s ability to operate securely and legally in the payments ecosystem.
• • Day to day, the role involves providing expert guidance to Product, Risk, and Operations teams on new product launches and payment flows; reviewing and assessing new payment products, features, and geographic expansions for compliance implications; identifying and monitoring compliance risks and control gaps; drafting and updating payments-related policies and procedures; monitoring regulatory and card network developments; supporting third-party due diligence; developing and delivering compliance training programs; reviewing alerts and unusual activity for suspicious patterns; conducting risk assessments and targeted reviews; performing gap assessments against regulatory expectations; supporting audits and remediation efforts; and preparing compliance reporting and metrics.
