📋 Description

• As Sr. Manager, PPM Synergy Delivery - Technology Integration Management Office, you will lead the identification, sizing, prioritization, and delivery of technology cost synergies across the enterprise, ensuring value capture through alignment with Procurement, Finance, Enterprise Architecture, and technology leaders.
• Day to day, you will manage the end-to-end technology synergy pipeline, partner with Procurement on vendor and contract strategy, establish governance and reporting for delivery squads, lead FinOps execution for cloud and infrastructure optimization, and drive labor optimization strategy in partnership with HR and Finance leadership.
• You will join DICK'S Sporting Goods, a company committed to using sports to change lives and build an inclusive, diverse workforce that reflects the communities it serves, operating within the Technology Integration Management Office (TIMO) to support enterprise-wide technology transformation.
• In this role, you will develop strategic judgment and analytical rigor while mentoring project teams, fostering a culture of value realization, and championing continuous improvement across technology spend, processes, and operating models to achieve lasting cost efficiency and operating model maturity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, MIS, CS, or equivalent
• 7 - 10 years of experience in Technology program management, vendor negotiation, FinOps, platform consolidation, or large scale transformation with a financial focus
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority, influence executive stakeholders, and manage complex vendor and contract negotiations
• Experience establishing governance frameworks, defining metrics, and driving value realization reporting for technology synergy initiatives
