- • The Sr. Manager, Product Intelligence role at CSAA Insurance Group is a strategic leadership position focused on delivering AI-powered, actionable intelligence to drive data-driven decision-making in Product Strategy & Development. This role matters because it transforms complex data into practical, automated decision support tools that elevate product innovation and organizational agility.
- • Day to day, the Sr. Manager leads a team of analysts to translate business needs into AI-enabled insights, operationalizes Data Science outputs into intuitive reporting frameworks, builds dashboards and scorecards for product managers and leadership, ensures data quality and governance, and coaches team members in AI-driven decision intelligence disciplines while prioritizing analytics requests aligned with evolving business priorities.

- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in AI/ML product development, responsible AI practices, and enterprise-scale intelligence delivery; strengthen leadership and coaching abilities in matrixed, cross-functional environments; gain deep exposure to product strategy, data science, and insurance business systems; and position themselves as a strategic partner who shapes innovation through analytics and AI.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of dynamic experience in product management, product delivery, or related disciplines, including innovation and/or large‑scale modernization initiatives
- • 3–5+ years of direct people management experience leading product teams with accountability across multiple initiatives
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- • Working knowledge of AI/ML product development and responsible AI controls, with the ability to partner with data and technology teams on requirements and adoption
- • Proven track record to lead and develop teams in matrixed, cross‑functional environments
- • Business and technical writing skills and proficient in AI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365/Copilot, roadmap and backlog tools, SQL/SAS or equivalent)
