- • As the Senior Manager of Professional Services, Onboarding at Pluralsight, you will architect the first impression enterprise customers have of the partnership, turning newly signed clients into long-term success by designing scalable onboarding strategies aligned with customer lifecycle and growth.
- • Day to day, you will own and evolve onboarding strategy for Enterprise and Commercial segments, drive operational excellence through resource planning and capacity modeling, own end-to-end performance including CSAT, time-to-value, and service line profitability, partner with Product and Go-To-Market teams to inform roadmap, and lead talent strategy including hiring, succession planning, and performance management.
- • You will join a mission-driven company dedicated to accelerating technology skills for the global tech workforce, working within a blended remote and hybrid environment that values collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership depth, mentor high-performing teams, refine scalable processes using data-driven insights, and directly influence product and service innovation through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of professional services or related experience (or 6+ years with an advanced degree)
- • Deep expertise in program delivery, consulting, and process optimization
- • Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across competing priorities
- • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- • Experience owning P&L or being accountable for delivery quality and financial health of a service line
- • Proven track record leading managers or senior individual contributors in high-growth environments
