- • Lead, coach, and support a team of SMB Account Executives to meet individual and team goals in pipeline generation, sales activity, and revenue performance.
- • Coach Account Executives on building relationships with key decision-makers at top audit and advisory firms by understanding business needs and tailoring Fieldguide’s solutions accordingly.
- • Review and guide deal strategies throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to deal closure.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Solutions, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure the sales team is equipped to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- • Monitor key sales metrics and use data to inform coaching conversations, forecast revenue, and optimize team performance.
- • Play a key role in refining Fieldguide’s sales playbook, improving onboarding processes, and scaling best practices across the sales organization.
- • Represent Fieldguide at networking events and industry conferences to uncover new opportunities and support team outreach efforts.
- • Up to 30% travel is required for client meetings, events, and team engagements.
- • Foster a collaborative, high-performing sales culture grounded in Fieldguide’s values: Fearless, Fast, Lovable, Owners, Win-win, and Inclusive.
- • Drive the growth of Fieldguide’s SMB segment by building repeatable, scalable sales processes in a high-growth startup environment.
- • Maintain close alignment with VP of Sales and leadership to ensure strategic alignment and execution of sales objectives.
- • Ensure the sales team adheres to a values-based selling approach that prioritizes trust, efficiency, and mutual value creation with audit and advisory practitioners.
- • Support the hiring, onboarding, and development of new sales talent to scale the SMB sales team effectively.
- • Leverage deep familiarity with the audit, advisory, or assurance industry to inform sales strategy and customer engagement.
- • Enable the team to navigate multi-threaded, highly consultative sales processes involving multiple stakeholder levels—from executives to end users.
- • Utilize technology and work-from-home reimbursements to maintain optimal productivity in a hybrid work environment.
- • Maintain flexible work schedules while meeting in-person requirements in Salt Lake City, Utah, and traveling up to 30% of the time.
