• • You will be responsible for the meticulous oversight of project execution and delivery standards within a designated Line of Business (LOB). This involves ensuring that every project undertaken within your purview is delivered punctually, adheres strictly to its defined scope, and remains fully aligned with SmartBug Media's established governance frameworks and best practices. Your leadership will be critical in upholding the quality and consistency that our clients have come to expect.
• • This position serves as the operational leader for a team of Project Managers within your specific LOB. Your primary focus will be on driving consistency in project management methodologies, fostering a culture of accountability among your team, and championing delivery excellence. You will actively mentor and guide Project Managers, helping them navigate complex project landscapes and achieve optimal results.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve close collaboration and strategic partnership with Account Management, Strategy, and Workforce Management (WFM) teams. This cross-functional alignment is crucial for effective capacity planning, ensuring resource availability, and maintaining client stability. By working hand-in-hand with these departments, you will contribute to a harmonious workflow that supports both our internal teams and our clients' evolving needs.
