- • As a Sr Midmarket Account Executive - APAC at Flagright Inc., you will drive customer growth and revenue expansion across the Asia-Pacific region by owning the full sales cycle for mid-market fintechs and financial institutions, directly contributing to the company’s mission of combating financial crime through its AI-powered compliance platform.
- • Day to day, you will manage deals from discovery to close, build pipeline through inbound, outbound, and proactive market activities, travel up to 60% of the time to attend industry events and customer meetings across APAC, deliver high-credibility product demos, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to influence product direction based on market feedback.
- • Flagright is a lean, high-performance AI operating system for financial crime compliance trusted by Fortune 500 companies, banks, fintechs, and startups globally. The company operates with high individual ownership, direct access to leadership, and a culture of resourcefulness, fast learning, and resilience in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in financial crime compliance (AML/FCC) use cases, refine your enterprise sales skills in a high-bar startup environment, coach junior team members, and gain equity from day one while shaping both sales strategy and product direction at a Y Combinator-backed company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with direct closing responsibility
- • Startup or scale-up experience required
- • Relevant industry knowledge in fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure
- • Existing professional network within relevant industries in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Australia
- • Comfortable owning mid-market deals end-to-end
- • Strong written and verbal communication with a clear, structured style
- • Willing and able to travel up to 60% of the time
