- • The Senior OEM Program Manager serves as the primary business point of contact for OEM clients, managing work request pipelines, facilitating meetings, resolving issues, and identifying new opportunities while partnering with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of program strategy and growth initiatives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and managing a portfolio of OEM programs, consulting on software and digital strategies, maintaining partnerships with external and internal stakeholders, managing task intake with Technical Program Managers, communicating project progress, initiating program goals, analyzing program performance data, maintaining program roadmaps and profitability, and serving as the primary contact for brand compliance, technical integration, contract terms, and performance reporting.

- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in OEM program management, strengthen client relationship leadership, gain deep exposure to automotive technology and digital marketing ecosystems, and drive measurable business outcomes through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and performance analysis.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business management, digital marketing, computer sciences, software engineering, technology/project management, or equivalent practical experience.
- • 3-5+ years of experience in program, product, or project management or similar roles.
- • Prior Business to Business experience with OEMs or large dealer groups.
- • Proven record of successful high-value account or program management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- • Thorough knowledge of program, product, project management, and SDLC methodologies including Agile.
- • Strong ability to balance stakeholders through negotiation and organizational savvy.
- • Experience managing people and leading through influence.
- • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills for engaging executive-level clients and teams.
- • Outstanding customer service skills with ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
- • Fast learner with adaptability to evolving software, technical, and digital marketing landscapes.
- • Strong organizational and process skills with ability to execute roadmaps and plans.
- • Ability to understand technical tasks across software applications and collaborate effectively with software development teams.
- • Knowledge of website infrastructure, analytics and reporting (Google GA4), SEO principles, and digital advertising/media.
- • Google Analytics/Ads certification required.
