- • Serve as a key point of contact for strategic healthcare partnerships, ensuring smooth operational execution and long-term partner satisfaction.
- • Manage and nurture small to mid-sized partner accounts, coordinating cross-functional efforts to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- • Translate complex datasets from Salesforce, Looker, and other tools into clear, actionable narratives that inform partnership strategies and drive process improvements.
- • Utilize advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel—including pivot tables and data modeling—to analyze partner performance metrics and identify trends impacting care delivery or retention.
- • Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives involving internal teams (clinical, product, billing) and external healthcare partners, ensuring alignment on priorities and tradeoffs.
- • Maintain accurate documentation of partner interactions, project milestones, and operational workflows using CRM and project management tools like Asana.
- • Facilitate regular communication with partner stakeholders at multiple levels, from operations teams to executive leaders, tailoring messaging for impact and clarity.
- • Identify operational inefficiencies within partner workflows and propose scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve consistency and reduce friction.
- • Present data-driven insights to external clients and partners to strengthen trust, demonstrate value, and guide future collaboration.
- • Collaborate with Partner Success Managers and Directors to scale best practices across accounts and support the growth of the Partner Success function.
- • Monitor key performance indicators for partner health, proactively flagging risks and recommending interventions to maintain high retention and satisfaction rates.
- • Contribute to the development of internal training materials and knowledge bases to standardize partner onboarding and support processes.
- • Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, payer dynamics, and regulatory changes that impact partnership outcomes and care delivery models.
- • Participate in cross-departmental meetings to ensure partner needs are reflected in product feedback loops and operational planning.
- • Support quarterly business reviews with partners by compiling performance summaries, outcome metrics, and strategic recommendations.
- • Balance multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced, ambiguity-rich environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- • Champion Rula’s mission by ensuring all partner interactions reflect compassion, equity, and a commitment to making mental healthcare accessible and stigma-free.
- • Contribute to a culture of inclusion by actively engaging in employee resource groups and fostering respectful, open communication across teams.
- • Participate in quarterly department stipend-funded team-building activities and company-wide wellness events designed to support connection and mental well-being.
- • Utilize the new hire home office stipend to create a dedicated, ergonomic workspace aligned with remote-first work expectations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of professional experience in account management, customer success, or healthcare operations
- • Intermediate to expert proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (including pivot tables) and experience using data to tell a story
- • Proficiency with Salesforce, Looker, and project management software like Asana or adjacent CRM tools
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience navigating executive-level conversations and managing multiple stakeholders
- • Demonstrated ability to lead projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- • Experience navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments
