You will act as the primary conduit between Fundraise Up and the vibrant world of religious nonprofits, transforming your established trust and relationships into actionable, long-term strategic alliances.

  • • As a Sr. Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying, recruiting, and cultivating high-potential partners. This includes faith and mission consultants, technology providers, vendors, and other service businesses that serve the religious nonprofit sector. Your mission will be to build a robust partner ecosystem that amplifies our reach and drives mutual success.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and executing structured onboarding programs with clear milestones, ensuring that each partner is set up for success from day one. This includes creating activation strategies designed to rapidly demonstrate value and build momentum, fostering a collaborative environment where partners feel supported and empowered.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves creating clear advancement paths for partners, moving them from initial engagement to becoming Tier 1 strategic allies, with defined criteria and measurable milestones for progression. This structured approach ensures continuous engagement and deepening of relationships.
  • • Your efforts will directly contribute to pipeline and revenue generation. You will be tasked with driving a significant volume of partner-sourced pipeline, aiming for over 40 qualified opportunities per quarter. Achieving quarterly volume and revenue targets through partner-influenced and partner-sourced deals will be a primary measure of your success.
  • • You will conduct regular performance reviews with partners, meticulously tracking progress against agreed-upon growth metrics. Close collaboration with our sales team will be essential, engaging in joint prospecting and account mapping activities to maximize opportunities.
  • • To ensure our partners are equipped to represent Fundraise Up effectively, you will deliver regular training sessions focusing on product positioning, ideal customer profiles, and the unique value proposition we offer to faith-based organizations. You will also coordinate targeted webinars and content collaborations with our marketing team to enhance visibility and lead generation.
  • • Facilitating access to solution engineering resources for complex opportunities will be part of your role, ensuring partners can confidently present Fundraise Up’s capabilities in diverse scenarios. Developing and executing co-marketing initiatives will further build momentum and brand awareness within the sector.
  • • Strong relationship management is at the core of this position. You will maintain consistent communication through bi-weekly check-ins with key partner stakeholders and conduct monthly performance reviews to ensure alignment and address any challenges. Organizing quarterly enablement sessions will deepen product knowledge and strategic alignment.
  • • Building robust relationships with partner sales and marketing teams will be crucial for driving co-selling efforts and unlocking new revenue streams. Your ability to foster these connections will be a significant driver of success.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven, established network and deep relationships with key decision-makers across diverse faith-based organizations, missions, and religious services.
  • • 8+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or account management, with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • • Experience with partner management platforms (e.g., PartnerStack, Partner Fleet, Crossbeam) is a plus.
  • • Strong understanding of the nonprofit and faith technology landscape.
