• • As a Sr. Practice Solutions Relationship Manager at UMB Financial Corporation, you will evaluate the needs of healthcare professionals and business owners in dental, optometry, veterinary, and medical specialty practices, designing custom financial solutions to help them achieve their objectives while building deep, long-term relationships.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include acquiring, managing, and growing an assigned Practice Finance territory through direct prospecting, client referrals, and industry networking; generating lending, investment, and deposit relationships; developing new prospect leads; acting as a consultant to clients and internal bank teams; negotiating loan proposals; analyzing credit requests; writing loan commitments; participating in industry trade shows; collaborating with business banking and internal partners; managing relationship profitability and portfolio risk; monitoring existing credit relationships; serving as the primary link for all financial services to clients; and maintaining consistent CRM usage.
