- • As a Sr. Practice Solutions Relationship Manager at UMB Financial Corporation, you will evaluate the needs of healthcare professionals and business owners in dental, optometry, veterinary, and medical specialty practices, designing custom financial solutions to help them achieve their objectives while building deep, long-term relationships.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include acquiring, managing, and growing an assigned Practice Finance territory through direct prospecting, client referrals, and industry networking; generating lending, investment, and deposit relationships; developing new prospect leads; acting as a consultant to clients and internal bank teams; negotiating loan proposals; analyzing credit requests; writing loan commitments; participating in industry trade shows; collaborating with business banking and internal partners; managing relationship profitability and portfolio risk; monitoring existing credit relationships; serving as the primary link for all financial services to clients; and maintaining consistent CRM usage.
- • You will join UMB’s highly focused and specialized Practice Solutions team, which is dedicated to delivering unparalleled customer experiences to owner-managed healthcare practices by combining specialized knowledge, tailored products, and deep industry relationships to drive significant value for clients.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in commercial lending, credit underwriting, financial analysis, and healthcare industry trends; strengthen your strategic sales and consulting abilities; expand your professional network through national industry events; and contribute to profitable portfolio growth while being recognized for your impact on client success and financial wellness.
