- • As a Sr. Principal Analyst in Quality & Supply Chain at Gartner, you will serve as an industry thought leader creating must-have insights, market predictions, and best practices for world-leading organizations, directly influencing client strategy and business outcomes.
- • Day to day, you will create innovative and provocative insights content, develop in-depth analysis to identify root causes of client barriers, deliver high-value presentations at Gartner events and client briefings, provide sales support as the voice of the market, and engage clients through virtual and face-to-face interactions to offer actionable advice aligned to quality and supply chain domains.
- • You will join Gartner’s Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group, a global team of 21,000 associates supporting ~14,000 client enterprises across ~90 countries, where intellectual curiosity, energy, and drive are valued to make a substantive impact on enterprise leaders’ mission-critical priorities.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise as a trusted industry advisor, strengthen executive presence and credibility with CSCOs and quality leaders, lead cross-functional initiatives, refine research methodologies, and grow your influence by shaping Gartner’s research agenda while advancing your professional impact in a high-performance, inclusive culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred
- • 8+ years in quality management, supply chain, or related fields in increasingly senior roles
- • Demonstrated experience integrating quality management systems with supply chain operations and business objectives
- • Excellent writing, presentation, and data visualization skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to executive audiences
- • Proven ability to engage and advise senior business and supply chain executives, including CSCOs and heads of quality
- • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (where applicable)
