📋 Description

• • As a Sr Principal IC Digital Implementation AE at Cadence Design Systems, you will serve as a senior technical expert and trusted advisor to leading-edge semiconductor customers, helping them deploy Cadence’s market-leading digital implementation and signoff technologies to achieve optimal power, performance, and area (PPA) targets and accelerate design closure.
• • Day to day, you will provide hands-on technical support in backend digital design implementation—including Place and Route, design closure, timing, and power signoff—guide customers on best practices for tool utilization, conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations, drive technical evaluations and benchmarks, and collaborate with R&D to influence next-generation product development based on customer feedback.
• • You will be part of a global team of elite Application Engineers at Cadence, a leader in electronic design automation (EDA), where innovation, customer success, and technical excellence are central to enabling breakthroughs in chip design across advanced nodes.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in nanometer-scale digital design, master advanced EDA flows at 5nm and below, enhance your scripting and automation skills using Tcl, Perl, and Python, and grow your influence as a technical leader shaping both customer outcomes and Cadence’s technology roadmap.
