  • • The Technical Account Manager UK role at Topcon Corporation is a customer-facing position that bridges sales, product, and delivery to ensure technical solutions are correctly specified, value is clearly articulated, and opportunities are de-risked before closing. This role is critical to winning business in the construction, geopositioning, and agriculture sectors by translating customer needs into technically viable and commercially compelling solutions.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical discovery sessions with contractors and site teams, designing and validating end-to-end hardware and software solutions, delivering product demonstrations (on-site and remote), running field trials to prove value, and supporting OEM and dealer partners through training, application guidance, and joint customer visits. The role also involves developing standard solution architectures, creating ROI tools and demo scripts, influencing pipeline quality through technical validation, and ensuring smooth handover from sales to delivery while capturing field feedback for continuous improvement.
  • • Topcon Positioning Group is a global leader in designing, manufacturing, and distributing productivity tools for construction, geopositioning, and agriculture industries. Headquartered in Livermore, California, the company focuses on workflow automation and seamless data connectivity to support sustainable development. The UK team operates remotely with up to 80% travel required for customer engagement across the United Kingdom.
  • • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in machine control, GNSS, total stations, and 3D machine control systems while building credibility as a trusted technical advisor. They will sharpen their ability to translate complex technical features into business value, influence deal outcomes, and contribute to product and go-to-market strategy through field insights. Success in this role can lead to greater influence in technical sales strategy and partner enablement across the UK and Northern Europe markets.
