- • As a Senior Product Manager for Deposit Account Opening & Onboarding at Alkami Technology, you will lead the strategy and execution of products that enable U.S. banks and credit unions to modernize how they onboard customers, streamline operations, and drive growth through digital innovation.
- • You will own the full product lifecycle—from discovery and roadmap planning to delivery, launch, and adoption—focusing on measurable outcomes like completion rates, identity verification success, time to open, and funnel conversion for deposit account opening workflows.
- • You will partner directly with financial institutions to uncover onboarding pain points, regulatory requirements (KYC/KYB), and operational workflows, championing a customer-first approach by immersing in the experiences of executives, operations teams, and front-line staff.
- • You will drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, customer, and go-to-market teams, serving as the internal voice of financial institutions to ensure product decisions reflect real-world needs and deliver measurable improvements in branch efficiency and digital engagement.
- • You will leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to continuously iterate and optimize the onboarding experience, applying agile methodologies and AI/ML concepts where appropriate to simplify complex workflows into intuitive, secure, and scalable user experiences.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4–8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with data-centric, workflow, or financial products.
- • Fintech or financial services experience strongly preferred; familiarity with deposit onboarding, KYC/KYB, fraud controls, or core banking systems is a plus.
- • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the full product development lifecycle.
- • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to align cross-functional partners.
- • Customer-first mindset and passion for improving onboarding experiences for financial institutions.
- • Comfort with AI/ML concepts and ability to identify practical applications that improve product and operational outcomes.
