- • Own the strategic direction and commercial success of Sphera’s Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) product portfolio, translating market signals into a clear, data-driven roadmap that accelerates our customers’ sustainability journeys.
- • Act as the single point of accountability for the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and ideation through launch, adoption, and sunset—ensuring every release delivers measurable environmental impact and business value.
- • Become the voice of the customer and messenger of the market: interview users, run win/loss calls, analyze competitive intelligence, and synthesize regulatory trends to uncover unmet needs and whitespace opportunities in LCA, ESG reporting, and decarbonization.
- • Build and maintain a living 12–18-month product roadmap that balances quick wins, platform enhancements, and bold bets; socialize it with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, and Executive leadership to secure buy-in and resources.
- • Collaborate with a fully-remote, cross-functional squad of engineers, UX designers, data scientists, and sustainability experts to deliver iterative releases in an agile, SaaS environment; write crisp user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ruthlessly prioritize the backlog.
- • Translate complex LCA methodologies (ISO 14040/44, EN 15804, PEF, GHG Protocol) into intuitive workflows and self-service analytics that empower non-experts to model cradle-to-grave impacts and make science-based decisions.
- • Evangelize the product both internally and externally: create sales playbooks, demo scripts, ROI calculators, and thought-leadership content that help account executives close deals and enable customers to hit Scope 3 targets.
- • Partner with Customer Success to design onboarding paths, in-app guidance, and certification programs that drive 90-day time-to-value and >120% net revenue retention.
- • Monitor KPIs such as user activation, feature adoption, ARR per customer, and carbon-reduction outcomes; run A/B tests and cohort analyses to optimize the funnel and inform roadmap pivots.
- • Represent Sphera at global conferences, client advisory boards, and regulatory working groups—up to 10% travel—to strengthen our reputation as the category leader in LCA software.
- • Champion Sphera’s core values—Customer Centricity, Accountability, Bias to Action, Innovation, and Collaboration—by mentoring junior PMs and fostering a culture of psychological safety and continuous learning.
- • Leverage your deep LCA domain knowledge to influence upstream data partnerships (e.g., Ecoinvent, GaBi, ecoinvent, WBCSD PACT) and downstream integrations with ERP, PLM, and ESG disclosure platforms.
