📋 Description
- • As a Senior Product Manager for Revenue Lifecycle on WEX’s Enterprise Finance Platform, you will own the end-to-end execution of financial and corporate systems that directly impact how employees and customers experience billing, receivables, and financial operations—turning complex internal processes into simple, integrated experiences that drive organizational efficiency and market competitiveness.
- • You will modernize and unify WEX’s financial systems by developing business models, defining success metrics, and managing strategic projects that align with corporate goals; lead 1-2 Scrum teams to deliver iterative value; leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform roadmap decisions; and collaborate across Finance, HR, Receivables, Product, UX, Analytics, and Sales to build disruptive, customer-obsessed solutions that delight users and win in the market.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6–10 years of specific product management leadership experience, with mandatory emphasis on financial, HR, and data systems
- • Proven track record of leading multiple high-performing cross-functional teams and delivering parallel initiatives that drive organizational value
- • Demonstrated experience in finance-focused product development, including customer journey mapping, rapid experimentation, prototyping, and outcome measurement
- • Strong ability to think through unifying workflows, develop efficient interfaces, and leverage AI capabilities for automation in financial and HR systems
- • Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred
- • Comfort navigating ambiguity and changing business environments with a data-driven mindset for prioritization and success measurement
