📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager for Website Builder, Analytics & Tracking Events at HighLevel, you will lead the strategy and roadmap for next-generation builder experiences, empowering agencies and SMBs to create high-converting websites and funnels while gaining deep insights into user behavior through advanced analytics and event tracking.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining long-term product strategy, conducting user research, defining event taxonomies, collaborating with engineering and design teams to execute features, improving builder performance and AI-assisted workflows, and monitoring key metrics like adoption, activation, and conversion to validate product impact.
• You will join the Funnels, Websites & Lead Generation Experience Team, a global, remote-first group responsible for shaping how millions of SMBs build digital experiences using HighLevel’s platform, with ownership over Website Builder, Funnel Builder, Tracking Events, Analytics Dashboard, and related tools.
• In this role, you will drive innovation in real-time analytics, AI-powered insights, and seamless user journeys, while developing expertise in scaling B2B SaaS products, leveraging LLMs for generative UI, and influencing product direction that impacts over 1 million businesses across 150+ countries.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–6 years of Product Management experience in SaaS, website builders, marketing tech, analytics platforms, or similar domains
• Strong understanding of website creation tools, funnel builders, conversion optimization, and digital marketing workflows
• Experience building LLM-based or AI-driven products and familiarity with evaluation frameworks, monitoring, or instrumentation
• Experience with data pipelines, analytics, or telemetry
• Strong UX and front-end sensibility with ability to work closely with designers
• Proven ability to drive strategy, prioritize effectively, and deliver with ownership
