📋 Description
- • As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager at Bloomerang, you will help evolve Product Marketing into a more scalable, insight-driven, and operationally strong function by shaping how the team leverages AI, automation, and repeatable workflows to move faster and operate more effectively while leading key GTM, messaging, and enablement initiatives across the product portfolio.
- • You will design and implement AI and automation workflows for persona research, messaging development, and insight synthesis; own and evolve persona-based messaging; lead GTM strategy and execution for key product initiatives; create sales enablement assets like talk tracks and objection-handling guides; use data from Salesforce, Gong, and Crayon to refine messaging and measure revenue impact; and contribute to strategic planning by identifying growth opportunities and shaping repeatable frameworks that scale PMM impact.
