- ā¢ As a Sr. Product Owner for Virtualization at HPEās Zerto division, you will play a key role in shaping products that enable disaster recovery, ransomware resilience, and seamless workload mobility across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
- ā¢ You will own the product lifecycle of one or more Zerto business domains, engage with customers to gather feedback, manage and prioritize the product backlog, write specifications and user stories, collaborate with UX/UI designers, and work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and executive teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- ā¢ You will be part of a leading innovation hub within HPE, working on mission-critical technology that protects enterprise data worldwide and directly impacts business continuity and cyber resilience.
- ā¢ In this role, you will deepen your expertise in product management, agile methodologies, stakeholder alignment, and technical trade-offs in cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and data protection, while driving innovation and achieving measurable impact through KPIs and customer feedback.
šÆ Requirements
- ā¢ Bachelorās Degree with 7-10+ years of relevant experience
- ā¢ Proven experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager, preferably from leading enterprise software companies in a B2B model
- ā¢ Proven experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- ā¢ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- ā¢ Ability to work closely with engineers and understand technical trade-offs
- ā¢ Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and AI ā an advantage
- ā¢ Experience in data protection, disaster recovery, or cybersecurity domains ā an advantage
