📋 Description
- • As a Sr. Product Security Engineer, Network and Infrastructure at CrowdStrike, you will serve as a network security subject matter expert and trusted security partner across product and engineering organizations, helping protect the Security Cloud from advanced threats.
- • You will develop deep expertise across hybrid networks (AWS, GCP, Azure, and physical data centers) to identify security gaps, reduce attack surface, and architect scalable, secure connection patterns while leading threat modeling and strategic network security initiatives.
- • You will partner with product engineering, infrastructure, and platform teams to drive secure-by-design architectures, mentor technical talent, and lead cross-functional working groups that influence product and industry-level security practices.
- • In this role, you will grow as a strategic technical leader, gaining autonomy to solve ambiguous problems, shape medium-to-long-term network security direction, and multiply team effectiveness through coaching, architecture deep-dives, and security culture advocacy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep networking expertise across hybrid environments — public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and physical data center networking — including routing, segmentation, zone design, and traffic inspection architectures.
- • Strong protocol knowledge including TCP/IP, HTTP/S, DNS, TLS, and applied cryptography.
- • Experience building scalable monitoring, alerting, and automation solutions for network security use cases.
- • Scripting and automation capabilities in Python, Go, shell, or equivalent languages.
- • Demonstrated ability to operate independently on ambiguous, poorly-understood problems and drive them to resolution.
- • Excellent communication skills — able to lead technical debates, build consensus, and clearly articulate complex security concepts to varied audiences.
