📋 Description
- • As a Sr. Renewal Sales Operations Analyst at CrowdStrike, you will play a critical role in sustaining annual recurring revenue (ARR) by driving operational excellence in renewals management across global sales teams.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building operational dashboards, collaborating with Finance, IT, and Sales Analytics to establish a single source of truth for renewals data, documenting metrics definitions, and enabling field sales teams to leverage data for risk identification and mitigation.
- • You will strategize automation of forecasting and reporting, educate business users on data nuances, lead global cadence reviews for at-risk renewals, and provide actionable insights on churn and contraction trends to sales leadership.
- • Working within CrowdStrike’s Worldwide Sales and Operations Organization, you’ll partner cross-functionally to improve systems, processes, and data integrity, ensuring accurate forecasting and operational discipline in renewals.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in SaaS revenue operations, master ARR analytics, and influence retention strategy at a cybersecurity leader committed to innovation and mission-driven impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in enterprise sales operations, revenue analysis, or FP&A business analyst roles
- • Experience with Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) business model and reporting metrics such as renewal rate, churn, and net retention
- • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau), SQL, and advanced Excel; experience supporting renewals sales and customer retention is a plus
- • Strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting methodologies, and enterprise systems like Salesforce CRM/CPQ; background with Clari is a plus
- • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, ensure integrity, assess trends, and produce actionable insights that drive process improvements
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills to build trust and influence across Sales, Finance, IT, Support, and Operations teams
