📋 Description

• As a Senior Salesforce Administrator at Decision Foundry, you will play a vital role in optimizing business processes and maximizing the effectiveness of the Salesforce platform for clients, directly contributing to improved operational efficiency and business impact.
• Day to day, you will oversee administrative functions like profiles, roles, permission sets, and data management; implement and customize declarative features such as flows, validation rules, and page layouts; conduct system audits; manage upgrades; ensure platform security; collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce with business goals; manage third-party integrations in the GTM tech stack; and stay current with Salesforce releases to recommend and implement new functionalities.
• Decision Foundry is an advisory-led, premier Salesforce Data Cloud delivery partner and certified ISV that bridges data access, platform adoption, and business impact through global consulting services integrating Data Cloud, Account, Engagement, Personalization, Sales, and Service solutions. • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Salesforce administration and declarative development, gain experience managing complex integrations within a SaaS-focused tech stack, develop strategic problem-solving skills, and grow as a trusted advisor who drives platform adoption and business value through technical excellence and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally within a SaaS environment
• Salesforce.com Certified Administrator certification (preferred)
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in declarative development (flows, validation rules, formula fields, etc.)
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and execute scalable solutions
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional teamwork to drive efficiency and growth
• Experience with GTM tech stack applications and integrations
