Sr. Service Representative

📋 Description

• • As a Sr. Service Representative on the HTK team at Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, you will provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to producers and field offices on HTK products, services, processes, and paperwork, playing a critical role in supporting financial professionals and ensuring smooth operations.
• • Day to day, you will provide dedicated support via phone and email to HTK Financial Professionals, assistants, and field office personnel; maintain service standards for quality, turnaround time, accuracy, and follow-up; research and track field inquiries; provide education on tools like the clearing firm platform and proprietary websites; explain HTK policies and procedures; act as a liaison between Pershing and the field; handle complex and escalated issues; represent HTK Operations at departmental meetings; and provide project-level support as needed.
