- • As a Sr. Services Sales Account Executive at Extreme Networks, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s services sales growth in Japan by positioning and selling advanced networking solutions to enterprise customers through channel partners.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new service sales opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, collaborating with internal teams (including technical, marketing, and channel partners), and ensuring seamless delivery of service solutions that meet customer needs.
- • You will work closely with country teams to tailor service offerings across key verticals such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and public sector, acting as a trusted advisor to both customers and channel partners.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in services sales, technical sales, or account management within the networking, IT, or telecommunications industry.
- • Strong understanding of channel sales models and ability to collaborate effectively with partners to drive joint go-to-market strategies.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Japanese, with the ability to articulate complex technical value propositions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, forecast accurately, and consistently meet or exceed quota targets.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
