Sr. Software Engineer (Full stack)

📋 Description

• • Own the architecture and delivery of Revic’s AI-native sales acceleration engine, a platform that ingests, cleans, and reasons over terabytes of data from 50+ sources (CRM, email, calendar, call transcripts, public web, intent feeds, etc.) to autonomously surface the next best action for enterprise sellers.
• • Design and scale distributed data pipelines that unify messy, schema-less inputs into a single, queryable collective memory with sub-second latency and 99.9 % uptime—because a missed insight can cost a seven-figure deal.
• • Build and evolve the agentic layer: stateful AI services that decide whom to call, what to say, and when to follow up—balancing model accuracy, token cost, and response time across thousands of concurrent agent runs.
• • Ship full-stack features end-to-end: TypeScript/React frontends that feel consumer-grade, Python/Go micro-services that scale horizontally, and Postgres/Elastic/Vector stores that never lose data.
• • Instrument everything—observability, tracing, chaos testing—so the team learns in minutes when something breaks, not hours.
• • Collaborate daily with product, GTM, and our own power-users (yes, we dog-food Revic) to turn anecdotal pain into measurable product gains; expect customer Slack threads at 9 pm and the dopamine rush of seeing your commit cut admin time by 30 % overnight.
• • Ruthlessly simplify: if a workflow can be expressed as a deterministic rule instead of a 32-shot prompt, write the rule; if a cron job can be replaced by an event, kill the cron.
• • Mentor and be mentored—review PRs that range from low-level Kafka partitioning to React hooks, and run internal tech talks that turn tribal knowledge into shared intuition.
• • Contribute to the long-term technical vision: how we move from reactive agents to proactive orchestration, how we leverage fine-tuned models without bankrupting the company, and how we stay compliant when every byte of data is PII-laden.
• • Celebrate wins loudly—whether it’s a 10× reduction in sync latency or a customer saying “I closed my quarter in half the time”—and retrospect just as loudly when we miss.
