- • The Sr. Software Service Specialist at Revvity, Inc. plays a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of software solutions that empower scientists, researchers, and clinicians to solve global health challenges. This role bridges technical execution and customer success by managing project lifecycles from kickoff to delivery, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- • Day to day, the specialist will facilitate project kickoff meetings for software installations, upgrades, and customizations; conduct regular customer calls to resolve obstacles; design and deliver advanced visual analytics using tools like Tableau and Power BI; implement work plans with accountability for timeliness, quality, and risk mitigation; advise customers on data analysis best practices; prioritize workloads across teams; identify process improvements; facilitate customer feedback to product management; and provide detailed status reporting on milestones, risks, and dependencies.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- • 5 years of experience in project management or risk management roles
- • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and project management tools (Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project, Excel)
- • Experience creating project plans using Waterfall, Agile, Lean, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
- • Background in software implementation projects and developing risk management strategies
- • Ability to lead technical meetings with customers and maintain detailed project documentation
