- • As a Senior HCM Solution Consultant at Workday, you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the sales organization, responsible for building a compelling vision of Workday’s Human Capital Management (HCM) solution within the Professional & Business Services Industry.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include orchestrating end-to-end technical sales cycles for Customer Base accounts, leading proactive Health Check and optimization engagements, delivering high-stakes presentations to CHROs and IT leadership, and serving as the Voice of the Financial Customer by collaborating with Product Management and Marketing to influence industry-specific offerings.
- • You will work closely with Account Executives, peer Solution Consultants, and cross-functional teams including Product Management, Services/Implementation, Marketing, and Value Management to drive revenue growth, customer adoption, and sustainable business outcomes.
- • The Solution Consulting team plays a critical role in transforming how professional and business services companies use Workday technology to improve their world of work, and you will have exposure to multiple areas of the business while contributing to team goals of increased revenue and customer health.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of pre-sales field experience within cloud-based HCM ecosystems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle)
- • 5+ years of deep Human Capital Management expertise (Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll, etc.)
- • Experience navigating the complexities of Professional & Business Services organizations
- • Executive presence with the ability to command a room at the C-Suite level and influence complex decision-making
- • Expert-level discovery skills and ability to translate technical requirements into a compelling vision for digital transformation
- • Self-starter mentality with agility to thrive in ambiguous, high-stakes environments and manage multiple concurrent projects

- • Annualized base salary range of $126,000 - $189,000 USD, with eligibility for Workday Bonus Plan, role-specific commission/bonus, and annual refresh stock grants
