📋 Description
- • As a Sr. Sourcing Analyst at H.B. Fuller Company, you will play a critical role in supporting indirect spend categories by ensuring continuity of supply, effective cost management, and accurate data across sourcing systems and processes. Your work directly contributes to operational excellence and total value delivery for a global leader in adhesives, coatings, and sealants serving over 30 market segments across 140 countries.
- • Day to day, you will execute sourcing events, analyze usage and spend data to identify cost drivers and savings opportunities, maintain accurate pricing and supplier records in ERP and sourcing systems, resolve invoice discrepancies, conduct data reconciliation, prepare sourcing reports and dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support 1–3 managers or directors. You will also lead select sourcing activities to ensure supply continuity and competitive total cost of ownership.
