📋 Description

• As a Sr. Specialist, HSE Compliance - Americas, you will play a critical role in ensuring safety and environmental compliance across diverse operations in North and Latin America while driving innovative audit and system improvement initiatives.
• Day to day, you will develop and implement safety programs, oversee incident claims from inception to closure, establish standardized environmental practices, track and report HSE performance metrics, support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification activities, conduct internal audits, deliver HSE training, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• You will join Brambles Limited’s CHEP division, a global leader in sustainable logistics operating in 60 countries with 13,000 employees, where you’ll help move goods more efficiently, safely, and with less environmental impact through a share-and-reuse business model trusted by the world’s biggest brands.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in HSE compliance, gain experience managing regional audit programs across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, strengthen your skills in ISO certification processes, and contribute to global sustainability goals while working in a matrixed, dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management
• OSHA certification (or equivalent)
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and environmental standards
• Ability to work independently in a matrixed, regional environment
