📋 Description
- • As a Sr. Strategic Finance Manager at HighLevel Inc., you will serve as the primary finance partner for the Revenue and Marketing functions, providing analytical and financial frameworks that directly influence high-impact growth decisions across the organization.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with senior business leaders to inform resource allocation, defining and tracking operational and financial KPIs, owning key inputs to revenue modeling, and proactively identifying opportunities to drive growth or improve profitability through data-driven insights.
- • You will report directly to the Director of Strategic Finance (GTM) and collaborate closely with C-suite stakeholders to present recommendations grounded in bottoms-up financial modeling and strategic analysis.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in GTM finance, scale your ability to translate complex data into actionable business narratives, and lead financial planning and analysis initiatives that shape the company’s growth trajectory and profitability.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in FP&A partnering with Revenue and Marketing teams, including building bottoms-up financial models and presenting insights to C-suite audiences.
- • Strong financial data analytics skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, strategic recommendations.
- • Demonstrated fluency in go-to-market (GTM) strategy, including understanding of sales funnels, customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and revenue levers.
- • Experience defining and owning key financial and operational KPIs that drive business decisions.
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment while collaborating effectively across global teams and time zones.
