- • As a Sr. Strategic Financial Analyst at Engine Group Holdings, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s financial intelligence and operational efficiency by transforming data into strategic insights that drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth across demand generation, product, R&D, and support teams.
- • Day to day, you will analyze performance across key business functions, build and maintain dynamic financial models and dashboards (including revenue and partnership models), design reporting frameworks for leadership and board-level discussions, lead forecasting and segmentation initiatives (such as bookings forecasting and funnel conversion analysis), and collaborate cross-functionally to define KPIs, build business cases, and measure the impact of growth strategies.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in strategic finance and FP&A, master GTM metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, funnel conversion, sales velocity), become proficient in advanced Excel and PowerPoint, gain exposure to systems like Adaptive, Salesforce, Looker, and HubSpot, and develop the ability to influence high-stakes decisions through data-driven storytelling and strategic initiative leadership.
