📋 Description

• • Drive customer success and market share growth by developing and executing regional strategies in collaboration with large GSIs, RSIs, and boutique partners in the Intelligent Automation and Gen AI markets.
• • Design and implement joint go-to-market plans, scorecards, and business review cadences aligned across C-suite and operational levels.
• • Foster pipeline growth through joint execution with national and regional partners, while collaborating with field sales teams to convert opportunities into bookings.
• • Partner with field sales teams to execute localized strategies and achieve regional partnership objectives.
• • Serve as a dedicated advocate for partners, ensuring they remain informed and engaged with Automation Anywhere’s offerings to build a high-performing partner ecosystem.
• • Co-develop joint solutions with GSIs (e.g., SFDC, Workday, Google) to showcase Intelligent Automation capabilities within leading partner practices.
• • Lead upselling, cross-selling, and net-new customer acquisition efforts through strategic partner channels.
• • Travel up to 20-30% to support partnership activities and business requirements.
• • Contribute to a culture of innovation by leveraging AI-powered automation solutions to redefine work processes globally.
• • Leverage enterprise-grade security and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and trust in all partnership initiatives.

• • Salary range: $275,000 - $300,000 annually (base + incentives), with eligibility for equity and comprehensive benefits.
