- • As a Sr. Strategic Sales & Partnerships Account Executive at Rula Health, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission to destigmatize mental health by securing enterprise-level partnerships with national employers. This position is critical to scaling Rula’s impact, as you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through full-cycle sales of evidence-based, compassionate mental healthcare solutions to large organizations. Your work will directly contribute to expanding access to quality mental health care for thousands of employees across the U.S., aligning sales outcomes with Rula’s vision of integrated well-being.
- • You will own the entire sales lifecycle for complex employer accounts, from initial prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closing, and post-sale partnership development. This includes identifying high-value opportunities within the benefits and HR landscape, engaging multi-stakeholder buying committees (including HR leaders, benefits executives, and C-suite decision-makers), and crafting tailored business cases that demonstrate ROI and clinical efficacy. You will maintain a 3x pipeline of qualified employer opportunities, consistently exceed quota targets, and develop scalable sales playbooks based on proven strategies. Daily activities involve outbound outreach, discovery calls, solution presentations, contract negotiations, cross-functional collaboration with clinical and product teams, and attending industry events or client meetings as needed.
