Your mission will be to execute the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to negotiation and closing complex deals, ultimately building enduring relationships that fuel Rula's sustained revenue expansion.
  • • This position demands a proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will leverage your proven expertise in owning sales quotas, adeptly navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees, and successfully closing high-impact partnerships. As a key revenue leader, you will be responsible for cultivating a robust pipeline of employer opportunities, consistently maintaining a minimum 3x pipeline coverage, and exceeding ambitious sales targets. Your strategic approach will involve developing strong executive relationships, crafting compelling business cases that highlight Rula's unique value proposition, and identifying scalable strategies to build repeatable sales playbooks.
  • • You will be at the forefront of introducing Rula's innovative mental health solutions to large organizations, understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how our evidence-based, compassionate care can significantly improve employee well-being and productivity. This involves a deep understanding of the employer benefits landscape, including the intricacies of HR decision-making processes, the role of benefits consultants, and the competitive market for employee health solutions.
  • • Key responsibilities will include identifying and researching prospective enterprise clients, initiating contact through various channels, and conducting in-depth discovery calls to understand their needs and pain points. You will be expected to develop tailored proposals and presentations that articulate Rula's value proposition, addressing specific client requirements and demonstrating ROI. The ability to effectively negotiate contract terms and pricing, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements, will be crucial for success.
  • • Beyond closing deals, this role emphasizes the importance of nurturing long-term partnerships. You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expanded engagement.
