- • As a Sr. Talent Development Manager at Pluralsight, you will serve as the architect and lead facilitator for Organizational Effectiveness, designing and delivering high-impact leadership development programs that bridge executive strategy with global execution to drive measurable business performance.
- • Day to day, you will lead expert-level facilitation of live and virtual workshops for senior executives and managers, design scalable leadership enablement journeys, create practical playbooks and toolkits for hybrid leadership, and partner with HR Business Partners to diagnose capability gaps and deliver data-informed development solutions.
- • You will join Pluralsight’s Organizational Effectiveness team, a mission-driven group focused on accelerating technology skill development across a global, hybrid workforce by turning complex leadership concepts into tangible behavioral change and organizational success.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in behavioral science and organizational dynamics, master the design of scalable enablement frameworks, and directly impact leadership effectiveness and business outcomes through measurable ROI tracking and innovation in leader onboarding and development.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience (or 6+ years with an advanced degree) specifically focused on Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or high-level Facilitation and Enablement
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources; a Master’s Degree in Leadership Development or related field is a plus
- • Proven track record facilitating complex, high-stakes, and sensitive subject matter to senior-level leaders with confidence and poise
