- • As a Sr. Talent Partner at Verse Medical, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s talent strategy from the ground up, directly supporting the mission to deliver hospital-quality care everywhere by building a high-performing team in a fast-growing health-tech innovator.
- • You will partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, source and engage top-tier talent through diverse channels, manage full-cycle recruitment, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while developing scalable recruiting processes and data-driven reporting.
- • You will join a mission-driven, values-led team at a well-funded Series C health-tech company backed by General Catalyst, SignalFire, and Sapphire Ventures, operating in a hybrid model from the NYC Chelsea office with a focus on innovation, transparency, and rapid iteration.
- • You will have the opportunity to build recruiting infrastructure from scratch, influence company culture through strategic hiring, grow your impact in a high-growth environment, and leave a lasting legacy by helping scale a team that transforms at-home healthcare.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- • Proven success in executive search and leadership recruitment
- • Deep understanding of the health-tech landscape and ability to source and assess technical and non-technical talent
