- • The Sr Technical Product Support Specialist at Entrust Corporation plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of Bureau Solutions products by resolving complex technical issues for global customers and acting as a bridge between service, engineering, and product development teams. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction, product quality, and the successful launch of new security technologies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing Level III technical support to internal and external clients worldwide, diagnosing root causes of hardware and software issues, managing Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and Field Change Orders (FCO) for product updates, representing the service team in D5 New Product Development Core Teams, leading service readiness planning for new Bureau Solution products, collaborating with cross-functional teams including training, technical publications, and depot/repair to ensure launch readiness, analyzing service data to identify performance trends, and reporting findings to engineering to drive product improvements.

🎯 Requirements
- • Associates or B.S. Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering (software, mechanical, or electrical) or equivalent experience
- • Experience working with complex electro-mechanical hardware and companion software
- • Ability to travel up to 25%, including some international travel
- • Strong customer orientation and commitment to quality
- • Proven written and verbal communication skills
- • Knowledge of MS Office products and related software programs
