- • The Senior Value Consultant is a customer-facing, individual contributor role responsible for helping financial institution clients realize measurable business outcomes from their investment in Alkami’s digital banking platform.
- • Day to day, the role involves guiding clients through value-based engagements such as assessments and platform reviews, translating business objectives into actionable recommendations using data analysis, developing value narratives, managing end-to-end consulting engagements, presenting insights to stakeholders, supporting account strategy, partnering cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success, identifying adoption opportunities, applying judgment to complex scenarios, documenting outcomes, providing internal feedback, maintaining platform expertise, and serving as a role-model consultant.

- • In this role, the person can develop deep expertise in financial institution operations and digital banking strategies, sharpen consultative and analytical skills, influence customer growth and retention through data-driven storytelling, gain exposure to SaaS and fintech value realization practices, and grow as a trusted advisor shaping product direction and go-to-market strategies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–6 years of progressive experience in value consulting, value engineering, management consulting, sales engineering, customer success, or a related SaaS, fintech, or banking technology role
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
- • Strong understanding of financial institution operations, digital banking strategies, and technology-enabled business outcomes
- • Proven ability to translate complex data, product capabilities, and analytics into clear, outcome-focused business recommendations
- • Experience leading client-facing workshops, presentations, and strategic discussions with mid- to senior-level stakeholders
- • Analytical proficiency with the ability to assess usage data, benchmarks, KPIs, and performance metrics to inform decision-making
