📋 Description

• As a Sr Workday Analyst at Trellix, you will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions by clarifying requirements, mapping them to system capabilities, and recommending enhancements to HR and related systems like Workday, DocuSign, ServiceNow, and SQL-based platforms.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include translating user requests into system solutions, analyzing and designing configurations, managing small to medium projects end-to-end, coordinating testing, creating documentation, training end users, and providing production support while ensuring compliance with evolving legal and regulatory standards.
• You will collaborate within multidisciplinary teams across internal and external stakeholders including business users, management, consultants, and support staff to drive process improvements and system reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in Computer Science, MIS, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 5 to 7 years of experience as a systems or business analyst
• Hands-on experience with Workday Report, Calculated Fields, EIB, Core Connector, and Workday Studio
• Solid understanding of payroll and benefits integrations within Workday
• Proficiency in SQL, XSLT, API, or other data transformation and integration technologies
