- • As a Staff AI/ML Engineer at Automation Anywhere Inc., you will lead cutting-edge AI and machine learning research initiatives while driving innovation from concept to production in the company’s Agentic Process Automation (APA) platform, directly contributing to the future of enterprise AI and intelligent automation.
- • Day to day, you will design and implement novel ML/AI approaches, architect scalable ML pipelines and training infrastructure, collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals, mentor junior engineers, enforce data governance and privacy standards, and translate research into production-ready applications.
- • You will join a global, passionate team at the forefront of Agentic Process Automation, where Automation Anywhere leverages its industry-first Process Reasoning Engine and specialized AI agents to transform how work gets done through AI-powered automation, serving organizations worldwide with enterprise-grade security and governance.
- • In this role, you will grow as a technical leader by influencing research direction, advancing your expertise in ML systems and MLOps, publishing or contributing to open-source work, and shaping best practices across the team while accelerating innovation in a fast-moving AI environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Relevant undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a similar discipline required; advanced degree in AI/ML or related field preferred
- • 7+ years in ML engineering with demonstrated advanced development or research capabilities, including at least 1 year of leadership experience driving technical ML initiatives for a small team
- • Deep understanding of ML fundamentals: deep learning, statistical modeling, optimization, and evaluation methodologies
- • Strong Python skills with ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Hugging Face)
- • Experience with ML experiment tracking, model versioning, and reproducible research practices
- • Ability to translate research papers into working implementations
