- • Staff Applied AI Software Engineer (Python) role focused on transforming the Doctolib app into a full health companion powered by AI, helping patients manage their health with accuracy, empathy, and safety.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, shipping, and operating production-grade agentic systems; partnering with data scientists on evaluation pipelines and safety guardrails; validating hypotheses via offline datasets and A/B tests; developing core agentic capabilities like memory and reasoning orchestration; owning performance, observability, and security; ensuring privacy and security by design; and contributing to cross-functional AI platform initiatives.
- • Join the Patient domain team at Doctolib, where you’ll build innovative products to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients using a cloud-native platform supporting web and mobile interfaces across multiple languages and healthcare specialties.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience as a software engineer with at least one significant experience using Python
- • Full lifecycle experience of an AI product at scale, from evaluation and launch to production iterations
- • Understanding and promotion of SDLC best practices including automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps
- • Product-oriented mindset with ability to guide teammates on balancing business needs and technical constraints
- • Comfortable speaking and writing in English for day-to-day team collaboration
