📋 Description

• • As the Architect for the Marketplace Platform at ShiftKey, you will set the technical direction for core products including Acute care and next-generation Credentialing systems, playing a vital role in improving platform modularity and reducing tight coupling to enhance scalability and reliability.
• • You will drive strategy and service design, create roadmaps addressing immediate pain points while reducing long-term technical risk, and influence multiple development teams through clear technical rationale and documentation (RFCs/ADRs) rather than veto power, fostering engineer-led architecture and cross-team collaboration.
• • ShiftKey is a healthcare technology platform disrupting how facilities find licensed professionals to fill shifts, mitigating staffing shortages by enabling direct connections between healthcare facilities and workers, putting power back into the hands of professionals and bringing more licensed workers back into the workforce.
