📋 Description

• As a Staff Business Systems Analyst at DexCom, you will play a critical role in advancing the company’s mission to improve human health through continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology by driving digital transformation in manufacturing operations.
• Day to day, you will collaborate with Operations, Quality, and IT teams to design, analyze, and improve production systems using Mendix and OpCenter MES, architect digital thread solutions between MES, ERP, and other systems, perform data analysis and process mapping, collect user requirements, and oversee initiatives for process enhancement across complex manufacturing processes.
• You will join the Operation Systems and Standards (OSS) team, which is integral to achieving DexCom’s Smart Factory vision through digital transformation, supporting the production of the world’s most accurate CGM devices while fostering a culture of innovation, integrity, and patient-centric quality.
• In this role, you will gain deep expertise in integrated manufacturing systems, lead cross-functional digital initiatives, and contribute to life-changing health technology outcomes while growing your career in a global leader committed to employee development and industry-leading biosensing innovation.
