- • Be the connective tissue between Infrastructure and Developer Experience, owning the systems, automation, and guardrails that let 80k+ real-estate pros ship fast and safely
- • Design & scale ephemeral preview environments (per-PR) with safe data seeding, TTL policies, cost controls, and reusable infra templates
- • Streamline CI/CD at scale—CircleCI → Argo CD, caching, parallelism, artifact versioning, and flake-reduction across monorepos
- • Implement progressive delivery & release gating—canary/blue-green, automated rollbacks, and quality gates tied to SLIs/SLOs
- • Level-up observability with Datadog/OpenTelemetry, define health checks, DORA metrics, and own incident response
- • Integrate external vendors (e.g., Confluent Cloud Kafka) with secure networking, creds, and monitoring; create reusable templates
- • Build internal CLIs, scaffolds, and playbooks so the “right way” is the easy way for every engineer
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–10 years in DevOps/Platform/SRE roles running production at scale
- • Expert in Kubernetes (EKS) & core AWS (IAM, VPC, ECR, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
- • Strong IaC (Terraform) + GitOps (Argo CD) chops
- • Proven CI/CD mastery—CircleCI or similar, caching, artifact mgmt, test reliability
- • Experience building ephemeral preview environments & release strategies (canary/blue-green)
- • Observability fluency—Datadog/Prometheus/Grafana, SLIs/SLOs, OpenTelemetry
