- • As a Staff Engineer at Beamery, you will technically lead a high-performing autonomous product team within the Sourcing and Recruiting group, driving the delivery of scalable, performant software that powers the company’s core CRM experience for enterprise talent acquisition.
- • You will regularly ship cloud-based software, set standards for operational awareness, design system architectures, write RFCs, and collaborate with product and engineering managers to scope and size new features while ensuring end-to-end ownership of services.
- • You will coach and mentor engineers up to senior level, advocate for engineering best practices across teams through Tribes, and partner with non-technical stakeholders including Sales, Customer Success, and Fortune 500 clients to translate ambiguous problems into practical solutions.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record designing and delivering scalable cloud-based software and services in production environments
- • Strong expertise with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React for building and testing full-stack applications
- • Experience with backend systems, including caching strategies, message queues, SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis), and event streaming via Kafka
- • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, incident management, and observability using instrumentation and logs
- • Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, drive technical initiatives from conception to delivery, and collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
