📋 Description

• As a Staff Enterprise Applications Developer focused on IBM Maximo at DexCom, you will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency by designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications that power critical business functions across the organization. Your work directly contributes to DexCom’s mission of improving human health through innovative biosensing technology by ensuring reliable, scalable, and integrated systems.
• Day to day, you will analyze complex business challenges and translate them into effective Maximo-based solutions; design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform; participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment; collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into technical requirements; build and support integrations using Web Services, REST/SOAP, and Maximo Integration Framework; enhance Maximo through configurations, workflows, automation scripts, MBO customizations, and BIRT reports; troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, integrations, workflows, and reporting; create validation documents, test plans, and execute test cases; maintain system documentation including design specs and user guides; mentor teammates and contribute to a culture of continuous learning; build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders; occasionally support integrations with data platforms like BigQuery and reporting tools like Tableau; and assist with AVEVA PI content creation and troubleshooting when needed.
• You will be part of a collaborative team focused on building and supporting enterprise applications on the IBM Maximo platform. The team works closely with both business and technical partners to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that drive operational efficiency. • In this role, you can deepen your expertise in IBM Maximo enterprise application development, lead complex integration projects, mentor junior developers, and contribute to systems that support life-changing health technology. You will achieve mastery in Maximo customization, automation, and reporting while gaining exposure to cloud-native tools, DevOps practices, and regulated environments (GxP), positioning you as a trusted technical leader within DexCom’s enterprise technology organization.
