• • As a key member of our team, you will support Project Managers in delivering a wide range of environmental management and restoration services across diverse industries, including utility, infrastructure, oil and gas, and renewable energy.
• • Your primary focus will be on environmental planning and capital improvement projects, ensuring compliance with CEQA and NEPA regulations through meticulous documentation and permitting processes.
• • You will play a crucial role in multi-disciplinary teams, contributing to environmental compliance permitting and documentation efforts.
• • Responsibilities include preparing detailed project descriptions that accurately reflect project scope and environmental considerations.
• • Provide essential support for coastal permitting, navigating the specific requirements and regulations associated with coastal zones.
• • Assist with program tracking and organization, ensuring that project milestones and deliverables are managed efficiently and effectively.
• • You will be instrumental in reviewing project data, facilitating seamless data transfer among project team members, and developing comprehensive spreadsheets and reports.
• • Your role will involve meticulous data entry, maintaining up-to-date project tracking systems, and managing database entries with a strong emphasis on quality assurance.
• • Support project managers in overseeing project compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations, ensuring adherence to legal and operational standards.
• • Conduct thorough research into environmental statutes and guidance documents, staying abreast of evolving regulatory landscapes.
• • Apply construction monitoring and environmental compliance requirements specific to each project, ensuring that on-site activities meet all necessary standards.
• • Duties may extend to conducting environmental desktop or field analyses of sensitive resources, providing essential data for environmental impact assessments.
• • Offer environmental construction monitoring support, ensuring that construction activities are conducted in an environmentally responsible manner.
• • Contribute to the writing and reviewing of reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and completeness in all documentation.

• • Maintain strict confidentiality of all project and company information at all times.
