📋 Description
- • As a Staff Full Stack Engineer at Anthuria, you will architect and build full-stack solutions using Python, React, and AWS to deliver high-quality features that transform how nurses and operators manage critical healthcare information in skilled nursing facilities.
- • You will design and implement LLM-powered systems by collaborating with AI Engineers to develop robust data pipelines, testing, and evaluation frameworks that scale AI applications turning clinical notes into actionable insights for improved patient care, reimbursement, and compliance.
- • You will partner with clinical and technical teams, including nurses, operators, and AI scientists, to translate real-world clinical workflows into reliable systems while communicating technical tradeoffs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- • You will uphold and elevate engineering standards by helping set technical processes and architectural patterns that balance speed with long-term maintainability as the company scales across 180+ facilities in 10+ states.
- • As an early team member, you will continuously shape the technical direction, culture, and practices of a mission-driven healthcare AI startup backed by a family office with deep healthcare expertise.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience building complex web and mobile applications with robust CI/CD pipelines and cloud monitoring systems across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers.
- • Experience establishing engineering processes and architectural patterns that balance speed needs with long-term maintainability in growing organizations.
- • Hands-on experience working with LLMs in production and staying current with AI developments to effectively embed these technologies into products.
- • Demonstrated ability to partner with clinical and technical teams to translate real-world workflows into reliable systems while communicating technical tradeoffs clearly.
- • Highly accountable with an owner’s mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity in early-stage environments where impact is immediately visible.
